Community Land Trusts 101: The Baltimore Experience

This session is open to emerging CLTs, as well as community groups, neighborhood associations, developers, partners or residents who are interested in the CLT model. Also welcome are board members and community leaders of current SHARE member CLTs who want to learn and share their experiences.

We're busy planning new events to continue our mission of fostering a vibrant community-ownership movement in Baltimore. We regularly host sessions on the Community Land Trust model, advocacy, and shared-equity ownership.
